1. Compressed air is used to remove all water from the irrigation system and backflow assembly
  2. Backflow assembly is shut off and test cocks are left in the open position
  3. Cold weather isolation valve is closed if system is equipped with such a valve
  4. Programmer/Timer is used to operate the system as though it had water running through it to confirm that all the water has been removed
  5. System is winterized for the price quoted
  6. If other issues found while winterizing, they will be noted
  7. Any repairs or noted issues will be presented to the homeowner for authorization in order to make the necessary repairs
  8. If needed, with permission from the homeowner, repairs to the system would be billed in addition to the base winterizing costs.
